After-Hours Contact Information
At the end of our daily hours of operation, our clinic doors close. But patients can still reach us because after hours operators will ensure that patients get the information and services they need.
For emergencies, patients will be instructed to call 911. When patients have appointment-related questions or medication refill requests, they will be instructed to contact us during normal business hours. For patients with an immediate need, the service will contact our on-call provider.
Our answering service can provide needed information to all patients, including those with limited English proficiency. The on-call provider witll enter notes in the EMR within 24 hours for all after hours encounters.
Telehealth
Tarzana Treatment Centers offers telehealth consultations to add even more convenience to your health care experience. If you have a computer with a high-speed internet connection and a basic webcam, you can probably utilize this service. Medical follow-ups, mental health treatment sessions, and case management appointments are only a few of the types of health care appointments you could attend online from home.
