Website Change

Welcome to the New TTC Website!

by James Heller

Out with the old, and in with the new.

newWebsiteIntro-pull_smallerAs you have probably noticed, Tarzana Treatment Centers has overhauled our website. It’s been about 8 years since we last upgraded the technology that drives our online presence, and it was getting pretty old and tired. This new look is driven by the latest design and development standards, and opens the door to a much more interactive experience for you, our valued visitors.

Before anything else, we would like to thank LA Design Studio for designing and developing this new website. They are talented, capable, and very easy to work with. We’ve spent many months making decisions and choosing features, and everything was met by this team with a pleasant response.

The decision to upgrade the website was born out of a desire to move from what I called a “billboard” presence to more of a conversational presence. We want you to be a part of the action. We also want our clients to someday access their health information from here, or log into a telehealth session, or maybe just access a map to get them to the front doors.

The design change is not just to make our site look pretty. It’s responsive to different devices, so it looks great whether you’re viewing it on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You can see how it works by changing the size or your browser (if you are using a desktop or laptop). Go ahead and give it a try!

If you’re familiar with the old site, you’ll notice that the content is pretty much the same. This platform gives us the ability to quickly update pages so that you can always know about our current services. We will also be posting articles on a wider variety of topics. We like to tell you about our integrated healthcare services, because there are so many to talk about. And now we will be sharing public interest articles, news features that we think you might want to read, health tips, and maybe even a recipe or two.

Anything we write here, we’ll also share on our social sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. So be sure to follow us if you have accounts. We’ll also be sending out regular newsletters to keep you up to date on articles, classes, and events. You can sign up for it below or by clicking this link.

Finally, our Contact Us form has been improved so that your inquiries will be directed to a staff member based on your needs. While we’ve always made it a priority to respond to all inquiries, replies will come much more quickly now.

We hope you like the new website. If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to send a message to the webmaster via the contact form or a Facebook private message.
