Recovery Month 2009 Events

Tarzana Treatment Centers in Los Angeles is participating in Recovery Month 2009 with informative articles and by planning and attending local events. During the month of September our goal is to bring awareness to the general public about recovery from alcohol dependence and drug addiction. We recognize that our commitment to integrated behavioral healthcare in alcohol and drug treatment is only effective when alcoholics and drug addicts know where to begin their journey to recovery.

August 20-30 – Visit the TTC information booth in the Antelope Valley Fair!

September 1 – Join us at Los Angeles City Hall for an official proclamation of Recovery Month

September 2 – We will attend the Los Angeles Rally for Recovery

September 14 – San Fernando Valley Rally for Recovery – SF Government Square (event pending confirmation)

September 26 – Attending “A Taste of Recovery” hosted by the Substance Abuse Foundation of Long Beach

September 30 – Join us in a March for Recovery hosted by our Antelope Valley site at 44447 10th St West. Lancaster, CA 93534

More events are sure to be planned. So bookmark this page and return to keep informed of how you can help bring recovery awareness to others and support alcohol and drug treatment in Los Angeles.
