I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing since 2014 with a passion for serving diverse communities through accessible, empathetic integrated community health care. For over a decade, I’ve worked in community mental health settings, providing support to individuals and families navigating complex life challenges, trauma, mental health issues and co-occurring disorders.

My approach blends evidence-based practices with a culturally responsive lens, fostering resilience, insight, and personal growth. I implement TF- CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness as therapeutic modalities to support those I work with. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and collaborative environment where healing can take root—whether it’s addressing generational cycles, strengthening communication, or empowering clients to rewrite their stories.

I received my BA in Psychology from University of California, Irvine, a Law Degree from Loyola Law School and MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Throughout my studies and my career, I have dedicated my time to working with underserved communities to help those who are often unable to receive the assistance and support that they deserve.
