Greenlight a Vet on Veterans Day
In honor of Veterans Day, join us in saying:
Thank you to all who have served in the Military!
As a symbol of our appreciation, we are joining with the Greenlight A Vet effort this year at all of our locations.
Across the country, people, organizations, and businesses will turn on a green light at their locations to show support for veterans. The goal is to raise awareness and encourage the hiring of veterans, volunteering for veteran organizations, and to become a personal mentor or mentee with a vet.
In addition, Tarzana Treatment Centers will honor veterans in residential treatment by taking them to local restaurants that provide them with free meals on Veterans Day. Each of our locations will also hold in-house events to pay tribute to our vets.
We feel privileged to have worked with so many veterans who found themselves in need of our services. While everyone dreams of a time when there will be no need for post-combat mental health and substance use treatment, for now we feel good that we can give a little in return.
Tarzana Treatment Centers (TTC) provides specialized care for veterans. Our many years of experience in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders makes TTC the obvious choice as a care provider. We have helped veterans with mild to severe conditions, and even house an acute psychiatric hospital in case the need arises.
In addition to having expertise in combat-related trauma, we commonly treat all forms of societal trauma that can be experienced in the general population. This means that we can provide veterans and their families with services that meet all health care needs.
