Mental Health Outpatient and IOP Services

When it comes to outpatient mental health services, TTC is committed to whole person integrated care. From a holistic perspective, our mental health team offers several outpatient programs. These programs treat the needs of children, youth, adults, and older adults.

To meet the mental health needs of an individual, the first step is to conduct an initial assessment and determine the appropriate level of care. Next, a comprehensive assessment is completed, which is used to develop our integrated mental health treatment plan. The patient is an active participant in the development of the treatment plan. Treatment is designed to help individuals develop the skills and tools needed to manage life and improve their mental health while in the program.

Outpatient Mental Health

Outpatient services offer a supportive community that helps patients along their journey of healing. Individual, one-on-one therapy is available as a part of outpatient services. With the guidance of TTC’s experienced staff of mental health professionals, individuals discover new ways to cope, develop new skills, and gain an understanding of their issues so that they can access a path that leads to wellness and recovery.

To walk this path, individuals are provided with a variety of evidence-based treatments. Moreover, in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), patients also have access to process groups and other group therapy throughout the day, in addition to individual therapy. From the perspective of the needs of the individual, IOP services are designed to promote recovery, viewing each patient as a partner in their mental health care.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services include:

  • Individual Therapy and Counseling
  • Group Therapy
  • Psychiatry
  • Medication Management
  • Skills Development Training
  • Case Management
