Lalita Davidoff, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, delivering comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based mental health care. She provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions with a strong commitment to addressing the emotional, psychological, and cultural needs of each patient.

Her background spans outpatient psychiatry, residential treatment programs, and telepsychiatry. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. She thoughtfully integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and motivational interviewing to support sustained emotional wellness and functional recovery.

Before entering psychiatric practice, she dedicated many years to hospice and palliative care, supporting individuals and families through grief, emotional suffering, and profound life transitions. This experience significantly shaped her compassionate and patient-centered approach, strengthening her ability to build trust and provide guidance during complex and sensitive circumstances.
