HIM Clerk I 
Full time regular or full time temporary, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. The HIM Clerk I is responsible for the accurate processing of discharge medical records to assure they are complete, retrievable, protected against unauthorized disclosure and properly indexed by patient for information retrieval. The HIM Clerk I is also responsible for the accurate entry of patient data into the agency information systems and running daily, weekly and monthly reports. The HIM Clerk I will also respond when necessary to all court orders, subpoenas, and medical record requests. OSHPD reporting will be maintained and abstracted by ICD-9CM coding of patient diagnoses and reported electronically. The HIM Clerk I will assist the daily maintenance of the medical records for all levels of care. Must have at least 1 year of medical records experience, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting, electronic medical records experience and computer skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook. Counselor - Medication Assisted Treatment 
Full Time Substance Abuse Disorder Counselor position in the Medication Assisted Treatment Program. Will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team in inpatient or outpatient detox, residential and outpatient programs under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Duties include patient education about medications (oral and injectable naltrexone, buprenorphine, methadone, and others) the implementation of assessments and individualized treatment plans for patients, individual and group counseling, participation in case conferences, and documentation of all of these. Requires completion of academic addiction studies program, registration with one of the DADP-approved state-wide certification entities and at least one year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. Parent Partner
