Comprehensive Health Care Services

We provide more forms of care than primary medical services. We also provide mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, and HIV treatment among other health care services. Our health care providers work together to provide you with comprehensive, integrated services. This means that we can provide you with medical care, mental health treatment, and any other form of care in the same building, often on the same day.

We take pride in keeping our clinics new, clean, safe, and accessible. We have large parking lots for those who drive, and are close to public transportation for those who don’t. Our lobbies are large and clean. Our staff welcomes you with a caring smile, with the goal of getting you in quickly to see a provider.

Free and Low Cost Health Care

Healthy Way LA
For qualified residents of Los Angeles County, we provide free medical and mental health care. Tarzana Treatment Centers is a Healthy Way LA (HWLA) provider and we can enroll you in HWLA. Under this contract, we can provide routine and preventative health care services at no cost with no co-payment, including medication, lab work, x-rays, and even mental health treatment. Our medical facilities provide care management services for chronic conditions, as well, like Hypertension, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, Asthma, or High Cholesterol. No Cost Health Care through Healthy Way LA

Medi-Cal
We provide low-cost Medi-Cal Managed Care and Fee for Service health care. The advantage in coming to Tarzana Treatment Centers for your care is that we provide more than basic medical care. When you need mental health treatment, family counseling, substance abuse treatment, and other services, we can provide them. And if Medi-Cal doesn’t cover something, you are likely covered under another funding program at Tarzana Treatment Centers.

Medicare
Tarzana Treatment Centers continues to provide Medicare health care services. Seniors with both medical and mental health care needs can schedule appointments for the same day. This reduces trips to get the care they need, and gives them more time to enjoy the golden years. Also, our medical and mental health professionals can work together to provide the best possible comprehensive treatment. Our facilities are easily accessible for those lacking mobility, and everything is new and clean so your visit is pleasant.

Private Payment - Sliding Scale
There is no need to delay treatment if you think you can’t afford it. If you don’t fit into any of our funded programs we will base your fee on your ability to pay. Our goal is to get health care to those who need it, regardless of income level. For detailed information, click here.

Private Insurance
We accept most forms of private health insurance. Since we provide comprehensive health care services, it makes sense to get treated at Tarzana Treatment Centers. If you need more than one form of care, we can do it all.

Easy Referrals

All of our health care providers know when it is time to refer you to another form of treatment, because they communicate with each other on a daily basis. This is uniquely different than visiting many general or family practitioners because you are more likely to be made aware of hidden issues when they arise. For example, one may not realize that his physical health has been impacted by excessive drinking, and he drinks to cover up negative feelings over a tragic loss. He needs medical care, and substance abuse and mental health counseling.

Video Health Consultations from Home

Tarzana Treatment Centers offers telehealth consultations to add even more convenience to your health care experience. If you have a computer with a high-speed internet connection and a basic webcam, you can probably utilize this service. Medical follow-ups, mental health treatment sessions, and case management appointments are only a few of the types of health care appointments you could attend online from home.
