Tarzana Treatment Centers is committed to improving safety and quality of care, yet we know that sometimes there are problems or issues that may emerge in these areas. When you notice safety and quality of care problems, we ask that you please go to a staff member or the program supervisor to report these. You can also go directly to the Administration, if you do not feel comfortable going to the staff on your unit or if you feel appropriate action has not been taken after notifying them of the problem. Please understand that TTC will not take disciplinary action or retaliatory action against patients or employees who report safety or quality of care concerns.
If your concerns are not addressed adequately by the TTC administration, you can then report these concerns directly to JCAHO by phone at 800-994-6610 or by

TTC does request that you first give us the opportunity to respond to your concerns, prior to contacting JCAHO. Again, no disciplinary action or retaliatory action will be taken against patients or employees who report safety or quality of care concerns.
